Updating your free email address servers
We have migrated your Vispa email address/mailbox to our Plesk hosting servers which offer far better features. You will need to set up a new mail account within your email client and mobile devices as follows:
(Please note the difference in username format from our old pop3 server. You now need to enter the full email address).
| Incoming Mail Server: | plesk.vispa.net.uk |
| Username: | john@doh.vispa.com |
| Password: | (same as previous) |
| Protocol/Port: | POP3, POP3 over SSL/TLS, IMAP, IMAP over SSL/TLS To connect via POP3 securely over SSL/TLS, use port 995. To connect via IMAP securely over SSL/TLS, use port 993. |
| Outgoing Mail Server: | plesk.vispa.net.uk |
| Username: | john@doh.vispa.com |
| Password: | (same as previous) |
| Protocol/Port: | SMTP. To send messages via SMTP securely, use port 465. |
Some iOS devices may be automatically setup using the link below. If this doesn't work, please configure manually (as above).
